Source
One Digital's newest addition is the Gandinnovations Jeti 3324 AquaJet
Direct-to-Fabric Dye Sublimation printer. The AquaJet is a cutting
edge dye sub printer using water-based dye dispersed inks that allow
direct printing to any polyester fabric. Trade Show Graphics, Fabric
Banners, Flags. The prints are fad and wash resistant, and the entire
process is very eco-friendly.

Flatbed Printing: |
Our
two Jeti 3150 series printers will print direct-to-substrate up
to 2" thick and deliver breathtaking photographic images; direct
to acrylics, coroplast, styrene, poster board, MDO, fabrics, vinyl
and more. High quantity production with multiple image changes is
made possible at traditional screen-printing and conventional printing
press prices. Short run and large run in-store point-of-purchase
graphics.

Format Roll-to-Roll: |
With
four grand format (>10 ft wide) solvent roll-to-roll digital
printers, Source One offers significant production capacity for
vinyl and mesh banners, flex face backlits, fabrics, fleet vinyl,
window graphics, carpet, pressure-sensitive adhesive, art canvas,
and more. Each of our solvent mahines will achieve no less than
300 dpi at production speed, and our 16 ft Gandinnovations Jeti
5024 can print any length up to 16 feet wide seamless.

Source One Digital's P3 Print Process produces sharp text and detail,
amazing color fidelity and range, and can even produce museum-quality
fine art reproductions in true photographic print

Our
liquid laminator can coat soft and rigid materials up to 2"
thick, 60" wide with a lustrous, protective finish that makes
the colors pop off the substrate.

Finishing System: |
Source
One Digital offers the Zund i-Cut System, one of the most precise
cutting, routing and creasing systems in the industry. With today's
demand for finished graphics, we can deliver precise cutting to the
edge of the image. Whether the substrate is rigid or flexible, rolled
or sheet-fed, the iCut will contour-cut, kiss-cut or trim. The speed,
accuracy, and flexibility of the iCut system make traditional die
cutting methods obsolete. |

Router: |
Our
dimensional division offers complete servies for adding shapes,
sizes and impact to any graphic. Source One Digital offers complete
CNC router services utilizing the precise Gerber 408 system. We
also have a complete in-house paint system that allows us to match
any requested color for your finished product.

| Finishing: |
Our
finishing department completes every project with flawless detail.
We offer a banner and mesh welding system called InvisiSeam. With
Dye-Sub fabrics, we also offer sewing. Source One Digital will finish
materials that require laminates, such as fleet/vehicle graphics or
heavy-duty materials that need extra protection, and speicalized mounted
projects. |
