The P+R Group has the latest technology for cutting intricate

contoured graphics that surpasses ordinary CNC routers and

cutters. The i-cut/Zund system uses a camera to locate and register

pre-printed images and with its computer-controlled tools, the

graphics are cut to exact specifications. The i-cut is equipped with

a variety of tools from kiss-cut knifes for adhesive foils, to routers

for thicker substrates up to 3/8”, and can even add creases for folds.

P+R Group combines the power and versatility of the i-cut digital

cutting system with our revolutionary “direct to substrate” flatbed

printer to produce unique displays in short runs. With the automated

sheet and roll feeding features on both machines, we can image directly

to substrates and cut precise contours in one continuous operation.
